Articles of Faith

Statement of Faith we believe…

. The Bible is the inspired and only infallible and authoritative Word of God. that

Scripture teaches that there is only one true and living God who has chosen to reveal

Himself as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that

He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but

have everlasting life.”)

* In the virgin birth of Jesus Christ, that He is the Son of God and the

Son of man, that He came to save man from condemnation of sin by

offering His blood as an atonement and making it available to all who

exercise faith in Him (Matthew 1:23; 1 Corinthians 15:3; 2 Corinthians

5:21).

 In the fall and sinfulness of man and that the only means of being

cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the blood of

Christ.

 Regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential to personal

salvation, begin by baptism in water (Mark 16:16 “whoever believes and

is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.”)

 In the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the

Christian is enabled to live a holy life by praying, fasting, reading the

scriptures, serving the Lord and help others.

The baptism of the Holy Spirit is given to believers who ask for it with

all the evidence manifested in the book of Acts. . (Acts 1:8 “But you shall

receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be

witnesses to Me[a] in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of

the earth”.)

In the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost; the saved to

everlasting life and the lost without Christ to everlasting damnation

(Matthew 24:31-46; Acts 24:15; Revelation 22:11).

The redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing for the

human body, deliverance of evil, blessings and miracles answer to

believing prayer (Isaiah 53:4,5; James 5:14,15; 1 Peter 2:24).

Our Personal Statement of faith for new members

1. We believe the Holy Bible as the inspired Word of God, without any error, the all sufficient

Authority in matters of faith, doctrine, and Christian living.

2. We believe in one God, eternally existing in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and

the Holy Spirit.

3. We believe in the Virgin Birth of Jesus Christ, and that He is true God and man. He

died on The cross for our sins. He rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven

where He sits at the right hand of the Father and is now our High Priest and Advocate.

4. We believe that man was created in the image of God but fell into sin and therefore

lost. Only through regeneration by the work of the Holy Spirit can man's salvation and

spiritual life be obtained.

5. We believe that eternal salvation is the free gift of God, entirely apart from man's

works, and is possessed by any and all who have faith in and receive Jesus Christ as

their personal Lord and Savior.

6. We believe in a regenerated church membership: that is, persons old enough to

understand their need for Jesus Christ and, of their own free will, accepted Him as their

personal Lord and Savior.

7. We believe that baptism is by immersion, baptism of the Holy Spirit and the Lord's

Supper is a memorial to His suffering and death on the cross. These are ordinances to be

observed by the church in its present age.

They are, however, not to be regarded as means for man's salvation.

8. We believe in the personal, bodily, imminent, and glorious return of the Lord Jesus

Christ and that His Second Coming inspires believers for dynamic and zealous life and

service for Him while waiting for His return.

9. We believe in the bodily resurrection of the dead, the everlasting blessedness of the

saved in Heaven, and the everlasting punishment and separation from God of the

unsaved in hell. YOU SHALL BE SAVED

10. We believe in the autonomy of the local church. The church shall manage its own

affairs and shall not be subject to any other religious body or organization.

11. We subscribe to an independent ministry.

this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me. After the same

manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, this cup is the new testament
